Just in time for Pride Month, we’ve rolled out a meaningful upgrade to your patients’ self-scheduling experience, one of our most widely used tools for increasing care access.

What’s New in Inclusive Access?

Patients—and their dependents—can now optionally enter:

  • Preferred names
  • Pronouns
  • Gender identities

These fields are integrated directly into the scheduling experience and are reflected throughout the patient’s care journey. No extra portals. No confusing form fields. Just thoughtful, affirming design that supports each person’s identity from the very beginning.
