Keep CareLogic.
Add the layer that gets patients in the room.

Qualifacts runs a large share of the country's CCBHCs and community behavioral health agencies. Mend runs alongside CareLogic and Credible as the operations layer between the schedule and the visit — reading appointments and demographics, writing back what happened — so the EHR stays the system of record and the front desk stops chasing.

CareLogic stays the record. Mend does the motion.

Integration depth: Bi-directional scheduling + demographics sync; forms write back on Credible.

From Qualifacts to Mend
  • Appointments, cancellations and reschedules from the CareLogic or Credible schedule, in real time
  • Client demographics and contact preferences, so outreach goes to the right number in the right language
From Mend back to Qualifacts
  • Confirmations, reschedules and self-booked appointments back onto the EHR schedule
  • Completed intake, consent and screener forms to the record (Credible)
  • Attendance and outreach outcomes, so Signal's analytics and the EHR agree

Everything between the schedule and the visit.

Mend is not an EHR and replaces nothing in CareLogic. It works the space the EHR leaves open — where no-shows, empty slots and missed follow-ups actually happen.

Text-first engagement, no portal login

Reminders, confirmations, intake, consent and screeners go to the patient's phone and email with no app and no account to activate. Patient adoption with Mend runs above 80%; portal adoption in behavioral health sits below 20%. Results write back to CareLogic.

Real-time self-scheduling and automated waitlist fill

Patients book from your website, a text or a referral link against the live CareLogic schedule, so there is no double-booking. When a slot opens, Mend Access offers it to matching waitlisted patients and books the first to accept.

No-show prediction and an AI coordinator

Mend Signal scores every upcoming appointment for risk. Mend Coordinate reaches the patients most likely to miss, reschedules them, keeps follow-up visits from falling through, and escalates to staff when it should — with automation you dial up or hand back.

Analytics across sites and providers

No-show rate, utilization, follow-up compliance and screener completion in one view, ahead of the state report. Included with every Mend deployment.

Straight answers.

What IT directors and operations leads on CareLogic and Credible ask before a demo.

Does Mend integrate with Qualifacts CareLogic?

Yes. Mend integrates with Qualifacts CareLogic with bi-directional scheduling and demographics sync: appointments flow from CareLogic to Mend in real time, and confirmations, reschedules and self-scheduled bookings flow back. CareLogic remains the system of record; Mend handles patient outreach, intake, self-scheduling, waitlist fill, no-show prediction and follow-up alongside it.

Does Mend integrate with Qualifacts Credible?

Yes. The Credible integration is bi-directional for scheduling and writes completed forms — intake, consent, screeners — back to the record.

Do we have to replace CareLogic's patient portal or reminders to use Mend?

No. Mend runs alongside whatever you already use. Organizations add Mend for the patients a portal does not reach — text-first, no login — and for the parts of the workflow that need prediction, automated waitlist fill and an AI coordinator. Nothing in the EHR is removed.

How long does a CareLogic integration take to go live?

The CareLogic and Credible connectors are built, so your timeline is set by your Qualifacts environment access and your own configuration decisions (programs, visit types, reminder rules), not by engineering. Ask us for a reference customer when you talk to us.

Which behavioral health EHRs does Mend integrate with besides Qualifacts?

Netsmart (myEvolv, myAvatar), Streamline, Welligent, ContinuumCloud, Kipu, Opus, Procentive, NextGen, Allscripts, PCE Systems, Oracle Health, athenahealth and eClinicalWorks. Integration depth varies by system and is listed on the integrations page.
