Before Mend, she was the Senior Director of Strategy for PatientPop and led operations for Heal and Pager. Jessica first gained exposure to the ins and outs of healthcare, working in pharmaceutical sales for companies such as AstraZeneca. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in clinical nutrition from the University of California, Davis, and has completed the Scaling Ventures entrepreneur program at Harvard Business School.
